Don’t worry I did not forget!
Always remember whatever you have accomplished before you can accomplish again. Out of practice – no worries you’ll be back to where you were in no time. It is always ok to take a break or take a step back and return to something later.
Remember remember the fifth of November. Did you know that no one in England actually calls it Guy Fawkes Day? But they do celebrate with bonfires and fireworks and today seems to unofficially begins the seasonal consumption of mulled wine which is basically spicy hot wine. At any rate, it is good to always question and challenge the status quo.
If you want things to happen you gotta put yourself out there. Don’t be afraid to show the world all the amazing things you have to offer.
We all have an inner voice – make it a goal this week to set your inner voice to being your biggest cheerleader and well of support. Talk to yourself the way you would speak to someone you deeply care about.
Make sure to take the time to reconnect with friends face to face. Technology is amazing but so is in person contact.
It’s the first of the month! Only two more months left until 2020 – don’t waste the time hibernating – seize every opportunity to make the most of the year.
Happy Halloween! Halloween is always one of my favorite holidays – there is something magical about putting on a costume and tromping around the neighborhood. I hope your Halloween rituals and festivities are amazing!
The best way to put your best face forward is to love yourself inside and out. Start your day with some positive affirmations and let your heart shine. Accepting and loving yourself will inspire others to do the same.
