One small change can end up making a big difference. You may inspire someone else to make a change, or your change could start a domino effect of subsequent changes and be the start of something amazing! So never be afraid to switch things up a bit.

Unfortunately, it is inevitable that sometimes people say or do unfortunate things. You have no control over the actions of others, but you do have control over your own actions and reactions. As challenging as it can be, always choose kindness and compassion.

Surround yourself with those who make you feel seen. Find someone who always tries to see the best in you, the rainbow to your raincloud and never let go.

If you are running behind, don’t stress and still show up! It is better to be a few minutes late than it is to totally miss out or not show at all. You never know – someone may be counting on you to be there!
