Time moves in one direction, forward. You can never go back and change what was, and no one knows what may come tomorrow. So make the most of the present.

Your time is precious don’t succumb to worry and procrastination.

There is a definite chill in the air as the world slips deeper into autumn. The days are growing shorter and shorter and the winds have a bit of a bite. Make sure to wear lots of cozy layers! Just make sure those jumpers and cardigans aren’t made of mohair – remember our friends the Angola goats. Be kind to our curly caprine friends and choose plant-based fabrics instead.

Trust me, the mohair looks better on her than it would you.
Some days it might seem that all of your plans go awry. Save your energy and avoid the temptation to get upset and accept that some things are just out of your control. Enjoy the chaos and start over tomorrow.

When the waves get choppy hold on an enjoy the ride
Rest up and get ready for the week ahead – maybe it will be the best week of the whole year so far!

Prepare yourself for something wonderful
You are taller than you think, a kind and wise person once said to me. Not that there is anything wrong with being short of course, but whenever I need a confidence boost I remind myself of those words. Take a deep breath and stand tall – it’s good for your psyche and your spine.
I am super late but that is better than missing it altogether! I like to joke sometimes that when you save something for the last minute, it only takes a minute to do – but really don’t procrastinate – take the time you need to get the job done right.

My apologies about missing the seventeenth of October!
Do something this weekend that sings to your soul. Spend time with people who make you feel free and eat some good food. Whatever you do have a wonderful couple of days.

Take full advantage of your days off
Find inspiration in movement. A quick walk or letting the blood flow may spark your creativity and be the start of something fantastic.

Get going and get inspired
Every situation you find yourself in can have a positive spin. For example, you might find yourself surrounded by mud after a rainy autumn afternoon. Mud could make a big mess or it could be a fabulous opportunity to squish around.

Hooves or wellies don’t let the rain get you down
When you feel overwhelmed just take a moment and listen to your breath. You breath is always there for you, it nourishes and sustains you and keeps you alive. Taking a moment or two to check in and listen can make all the difference.

Breathing is amazing
