If at first you don’t succeed, regroup, have a sit down, relax for a moment and consider what happened and how you’ll try again. You’ll get there and you’ve got this!

Reflect and retry, success is rarely a linear process!

When it feels like a door to one possibility is shut, don’t despair. Other, potentially even more amazing possibilities are all around, you just have to look.

There is always a different path to choose along your life’s adventure
One foot in front of the other, that’s all it takes!

When in doubt keep moving forward
Sometimes you just got to do your own thing and that’s totally ok.

Take a break and join back in when you’re ready
Sometimes the best thing to do is take a time out for yourself. While everyone is rushing around getting back into routines, take a moment to relax.

Check in with yourself amongst the busy school days
Sometimes people like to recommend doing one thing each day that scares you. Perhaps instead, do at least one thing each day that fills you with joy.

Focus on joy, eat some ice cream, take a stroll in the sunshine
Crip autumn days with crunchy leaves underfoot, brisk breezes demanding jumpers, cardigans and hoodies along with warm drinks and new books is such a lovely time of year. Although the year is nearly over, when September rolls around it always feels to me like a fresh start. Maybe commit embarking on a new challenge for the fall – perhaps reading a new book per month, making a new friend, or taking up a short course to learn a new skill. The possibilities are endless.

Fall is the perfect time for fresh starts
The secret to being a natural at something is to practice loads over a long period of time. Don’t worry, this is how it is for everyone, and the more effortless someone makes it look the more work they have done to build those skills.

Perseverance over perfection wins out every time.
I don’t know about ya’ll, but often I feel like I am the odd one out. Fear of missing out, or FOMO, sometimes can cause me a lot of anxiety. Take a step back, appreciate the moment and be in the now.

Sometimes it’s better to not be amongst the herd.
Perhaps consider this weekend assuming that everything is going to go right. Assume the best of yourself, of those around you, of strangers, and the universe at large.

Challenge yourself to see the best in every person and every situation
