If you want things to happen you gotta put yourself out there. Don’t be afraid to show the world all the amazing things you have to offer.
We all have an inner voice – make it a goal this week to set your inner voice to being your biggest cheerleader and well of support. Talk to yourself the way you would speak to someone you deeply care about.
The best way to put your best face forward is to love yourself inside and out. Start your day with some positive affirmations and let your heart shine. Accepting and loving yourself will inspire others to do the same.
All of your struggles are simply growing pains, shaping you and making you stronger and better equipped for what lies ahead.
Autumn is such a hopeful time. Keep your chin up and your shoulders back – you’ve made it this far, and that’s amazing!
Never let your life be defined by numbers. You and your life are so much more than any arbitrary measurements we falsely subscribe to success.
Last weekend’s harvest moon has really got me thinking about nourishment. As the seasons change, sometimes so do our priorities. The back to school vibe of September is a great time to check in and figure out what best fills you up – nutritionally, emotionally, even spiritually.
Let whatever light shines inside you shine bright for everyone to see. There is beauty and bravery in doing your own thing without regard for what anyone else thinks.
Today is an exceptional day. First, it is Friday the Thirteenth. Second, it is a full moon, specifically the Harvest Moon. It is called the Harvest Moon as it is the full moon that occurs closest to the Autumnal Equinox. In addition, it is also a micro moon, which means that the moon is positioned at its apogee, its most distant point away from the Earth along its orbit. Full moons are wondrous times to sit back and reflect, let go of what no longer serves you, and the harvest is the best time to gather together what nourishes you and leave the rest.
Next time your plans don’t work out, don’t consider yourself a failure. Just consider yourself a scientist who is conducting experiments to see what works. Keep experimenting, and eventually you will get the right formula.
