Sometimes in life it’s not what you do that matters but how you do it.

Be authentically you and be kind
Never let your life be defined by numbers. You and your life are so much more than any arbitrary measurements we falsely subscribe to success.

You are more than just a number.
Summer is over and it is officially autumn! Today is the autumn equinox when day and night are roughly equal in length. To celebrate here is a baby Nigerian dwarf goat sent to me via my friend Kyla all snuggly and ready for colder temps.

Sweater weather is officially upon us
Don’t be alarmed but there are only 100 days left this year! Plenty of time to accomplish amazing and brilliant things.

Time flies – take advantage and take flight!
The world is a fascinating place. Never stop being open to learn.

Stay curious
Nothing really worth doing ever comes easily. Conceptualize your set backs simply as challenges to overcome. If it is really worth it, you’ll get there, but always expect there to be challenges. Just think of it as adding interesting chapters to your future victory story.

Take care of yourself, but know that the journey to anywhere amazing is going to be challenging.
Less is more, you don’t need as much as you think, and perhaps it is true that it is the simple things that bring us the most joy.

Mastery is achieved through repetition and practice – there is no way around it!

I am working on my mastery of photographing goats, thus you may sometimes see a duplicate goat.
Last weekend’s harvest moon has really got me thinking about nourishment. As the seasons change, sometimes so do our priorities. The back to school vibe of September is a great time to check in and figure out what best fills you up – nutritionally, emotionally, even spiritually.

Be full of hope and gratitude this fall
