Sundays are a wonderful time for a nice big meal. In the UK, many people enjoy a Sunday roast that features a carefully roasted meat or nut entree accompanied by a variety of delicious sides featuring potatoes, root vegetables, Yorkshire puddings and gravy. Wherever you may be in the world while you are reading this, I hope you have a delicious meal to look forward to that fuels your body and mind for the upcoming week.

Although many stereotypes would have you believe that goats like to eat garbage, we know that goats are usually just trying something out with an experimental chew before deciding whether or not its worth eating. That said, goats end up eating a lot of leafy green vegetables! Leafy green vegetables should also be a part of a human’s diet, as they are nutrient dense, with minimal calories, and help support a healthy immune system. They are also full of antioxidants, which help prevent your body from developing cancer. I like to eat a big pile of raw spinach with an egg in the morning.

Most things that are worth doing involve hard work. Achieving goals and chasing dreams are rarely easy paths to follow, requiring a certain mental, emotional and sometimes physical strength. However, it is important to always remember that even the strongest of us need to incorporate rest into our routines. You can’t get stronger without a period of recovery.

It can give you a chance to reboot, refocus, work out the kinks and solve problems, and even improve your relationships with others. Don’t worry that you are keeping yourself from those you care about, the better you take care of you the better you can be for those you care about.
